Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received the wrong item.
• You received the wrong size.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, products must:

• Be unworn and unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.

GLOWRÀ reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
